Registration Process

Creating a Qanapi account is the first step to securing your sensitive data with our advanced encryption service.

Creating an Account

To create a new Qanapi account:
  1. Navigate to the Qanapi Dashboard
  2. Click on “Sign up” or “Create an account”
  3. Fill in the required information:
    • Full name
    • Company name
    • Email
    • Password (must meet our security requirements)
  4. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions
  5. Click the “Create Account” button to submit your information
Be sure to review the legal notice at the bottom of the page.

Account Verification

After submitting your registration form:
  1. You will receive a verification email at the address you provided
  2. Click the verification link in the email to confirm your account
  3. Your tenant instance will be created automatically
  4. You will be redirected to your tenant’s subdomain to start using your Qanapi dashboard

Logging In

Once your account is verified:
  1. Navigate to your unique tenant URL (e.g., your-company.qanapi.cloud)
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click “Log In” to access your dashboard
For security purposes, your account may be locked after multiple failed login attempts. If this happens, use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset your access.
